When he stated that he ordered a large, she questioned him and said you ordered a medium. I then told her, no, he said large. She gave him a large drink packed full of ice. When he stated that he asked for light ice, she then handed him a drink that tasted like water. Very poor service and we feel like we were ripped off. My ice coffee did have light ice as requested but tasted watered down also
