Most are kids and want chicken nuggets so I order online (VX28) 10pc meal $5 mcchicken meal w/4 nuggets and a 6 pc chicken nugget happy meal and got zero sauce 1 wanted sweet n sour 1 wanted bbq and the 10 pc nugget wanted ranch and I got ZERO! Now mind you I live 6.5 miles from restaurant and it’s 10pm on a Tuesday night so I call McDonald’s and I call they don’t even say McDonald’s he just picks up and says nothing I ask to speak to mgr he says go ahead so I have to ask is this the manager? He says yes and he had zero solution! Outside of me traveling 13 miles round trip to get the sauces they forgot and I get to come back my food will be ice cold as well as 3 kids nuggets so I ask if they’ll replace whole order and he says no. Ask to leave my name and number for GM to call me and he wouldn’t even give his name or their name. Guy got no reason being anything more than a janitor because he’s got zero problem solving skills and zero customer service skillset! Unacceptable

But apparently the people that work there don’t know how to follow directions because you guys still put onions in my food.
