I haven't been to a McDonald's in literally years, because of wrong orders and poor quality of food preparation and managementthat wouldn't make it right. For some reason I thought I would give them a try today. I had heard the Knoxville location was the best so I went there. It's January 9th 2026 at 3.45 pm. There were 4 cars in the drive up. The gentleman at the first window took my money, didn't say anything, not even a thank you. After all I am paying his wage at least say thanks. Now the second window was a younger lady, very nice, got my food, and thanked me and wished me a good evening, with a smile. She was the type of employee you want. The food was wrong. I ordered the 2 cheese burger deal. I belive it was a #9. Asked for it to be plain only cheese on the burgers. Well I got my bag from the wonderful second person and drove off. Well when I stopped to eat. The fries were undercooked, not soggy but edible. Now my two plain cheese only burgers well I guess they cant do that, because my burgers had ketchup, mustard. Pickles and onion. But thankfully I got the cheese. Well I guess I should have stayed away. Very disappointed. If this is the best McDonald's in the area, I am glad I don't own stocks in McDonald's

McDonald’s are you listening at all?!?! I see the same complaints over and over that I have also had. I’ve used your feedback and contact us links. You never reply. You need to strip the franchise owner of this location and any others that they own. It is absolutely horrible. They are a disgrace to your brand.

We ordered 3 value meals and the fries where not cooked fully. We asked politely to have them replaced. The manager was not happy, they cooked us new fries, minus salt. They proceeded to throw salt packages into the fries. We threw the meal away. Also, all of the drinks were flat.

Went to pick up a mobile order through the drive through and got fries with some sauce cups. I was literally told I couldn’t have my sauce that I ordered on the app unless I payed for some at the store because “the app doesn’t charge you so we have to”. If I put in for delivery instead would I have gotten my sauce? Are you just not allowed to get sauce on the app anymore?
