Despite signage clearly indicating that the dining room would remain open for another three hours, it was locked upon arrival. I placed a mobile order through the app and waited in the drive-thru for approximately 20 minutes before ultimately canceling. There were only three cars ahead, and at least two employees appeared to be present, yet no progress was made on fulfilling orders. The overall impression was that staff were more focused on closing up early than serving customers during posted business hours.
