I want to start by saying the girl who brought my food out to me was very kind, even though it's bitter cold outside she brought my food out to me with a big smile on her face. She herself gets 5 stars from me all the way. The food itself was even good. The disappointing part and the reason I gave 3 stars, is because I got home and opened my bag to see that my 20 piece nugget was only a 10 piece. I thought the reward I redeemed was for 30% off a 20 piece, not 50% OF the 20 piece. On top of that, there was absolutely no sauce in the bag, and call me picky but I will not eat nuggets without sauce. I ordered 3 sweet and sour, and you guys charge for those sauces. So, to not receive them kind of felt like a slap in the face. I have back issues and deal with a lot of back pain, so I have a difficult time getting out and about and didn't feel like making a trip all the way back to the store to have it made right. But please pay a little more attention next time and perhaps double check the orders before sending them out. I know fast food needs to be fast, but I'm sure most would agree quality over speed, any day of the week. Hopefully I can edit this review the next time I come through and give you the 5 Stars you should strive for.
