    I don't eat pork and asked if I can get a beef patty as a replacement and before I can finish my question I was rudly told NO. So McDonald's lost my business for good.

    I returned to my home state of Illinois recently for a funeral. I dined in at this location and must say it was horrible. Service was slow, employees non caring, and food cold. They also have an abusive employee who threatened a 7 year old child and damaged the vehicle the child was in. This epitomizes this McDonald's. I would advise visiting the locations in Mt Vernon or West City, depending on your direction of travel.

    Non of them using gloves. The chicken sandwich and fries was bitter due to old and burned oil. My big fries was half full. Nasty people working there.

    Me And my friend stopped at this McDonald’s on our way back home and my friend ordered a fry with no salt for her baby. When we got the food the fries had salt so we went to get a new set of fries . The lady who assisted us caught an attitude and told us that she “bags the food and she did it right there isn’t any salt on them” when there obviously was. The lady then proceeded to snatch the receipt very rudely out of my friends hand along with the fries. She did the same thing to another lady who had an issue with their food. Never felt so disrespected at a fast food restaurant. The manager was very nice and apologized though so we appreciate that but as someone who has worked in the fast food industry before you should never treat your customers like that regardless of the situation.

    Food was good and fries were hot. But the place could use a good cleaning. I also ordered to eat in and they put my food in a to go bag. Not bad since 8 people were waiting for food.
