- ULusardor LNov 16, 20251.0November 16, 2025. 8 pm. I walked in to pick up Dash order. I said "Hi, I'm picking up order for ..." Cold faced girl working in the front replied I'm preparing it. And I waited for like 15 minutes, stood there patiently. She didn't even look. After waiting for a while the guy with headset noticed me and asked the girl if my order was ready. Yes it was. It had been sitting in the kitchen for a long time. She never notified me. She handed me the order with cold mad face like I owe her money. She didn't even say sorry. Wasted my time during the busy hour and got my customer waiting for her food. She must me removed from this position.

The quarter pounder i ordered was ok.it could have been hotter. I was literally just a few minutes from home and the food was barely warm. The price i think is a little too high.

My order for two McDouble meals took over 35 minutes, and when I finally got my food, it was cold. On top of that, the manager overcharged me for a McDouble meal that clearly shows as $5 on the app. The code was scanned and received on their end, yet she still charged me full price. When I brought it up, the manager was rude and dismissive instead of fixing the issue. I even had to drive back halfway home just for them to correct my order. Completely unacceptable service.
