- KKKeith KoKoruzSep 27, 20181.0I purchased my client refreshment cooler from them and they were great. I had an issue with it and scheduled an appointment for service and they never called or showed up. I then called again about a week later. Josh in dispatch admitted that my appointment got bumped for some reason. A repair man came out and couldn't technically find anything wrong with our cooler but based on my issues suggested they replace the thermostat. He would have to order it and once it came in her would be back out to replace it. Two weeks have gone by and I had to call again and Jeremy in dispatch informed me that they were too busy with contract accounts to do the service that was already paid for as a part of my first service call. They would get to me when they have a free moment. This is a horrific way to do business.
