Order over the phone (mobile order) on the Macdonalds App, supposed to be ready with the drive thru.... that's the purpose of the app order in advance so you can have your order..that's what I thought. So I have to wait for my order 20 min. For 2 coffee is ridiculous. Two ladies and the managers just walking around doing i don't know what. That's more ridiculous. No more Macdonalds for me.
