They finally said they had it but when we got home the food was hard and looked like it had been on the ground. The fries had dirt and small hairs in it. All of the food was cold and hard. That food was supposed to be for my children and because of their petty actions my children could have got seriously ill! Granite City I think it's time we go to the corporate offices of these restaurants because the franchise owners of these establishments aren't taking the safety of their customers and their families seriously! Don't suppose these business that are intentionally trying to harm our families.
