There were service people on the oberwiess side, but on the burger joint side everything looked closed down. We went at around 1:30 pm. Double checking the times, it should have been open. But nothing was up and running and ther were zero employees. Was looking forward to trying it too.

- MMMApr 17, 20232.0Came here for a lunch with coworkers and we were all disappointed. The wait took most of our break, and one sandwich was missing several ingredients anyway. The staff seemed to not know what they were doing and had no urgency in making our order. The entire establishment seemed low-staffed with only a handful of people working which I can be sympathetic for, but seeing every employee wearing earbuds gives the impression that they just don't care. The food we got tasted good but was not worth the poor experience. I won't be back.
