    Rewards points do not work at this location. Every time I try to use a deal or redeem my points, they have to manually put it into the system. This also means that I do not receive any points when I order using my code!

    What an incredibly disappointing experience I had today. I stopped into McDonald's for literally just a small soft drink (which was free using my Monopoly reward from the app) And waited over 15 minutes with no service and not one single employee so much as looked me in the eyes, let alone attempted to help me. I heard a manager say something along the lines of "those drinks should not still be on the screen" and yet I still waited for 10 minutes after that. Will NOT be back to this location.

    This McDonald's is the second busiest one I've ever seen besides Chicago's Rock-and-roll location. The team that works there do a great job of getting orders right and fresh! Thankful too they are now 24 hours.

    Waited almost 45mins in the drive thru. Was super busy. But the employees still had a smile on their face and stayed friendly even though you could tell they were stressed and under staffed. Kudos 👏
