    I wish I could give a .01 star because 1 feels generous. I went through the drive thru the other day and ordered a cheeseburger and cookies. The cheeseburger was stale and cold when I got it and then I was told to move to a waiting parking spot for the cookies. Cookies baked at home take 10-12mins, tell me why I was there for 20mins before my husband ran in to check on the order. They were still in the oven and he said the back reeked of weed. We ended up leaving without waiting any longer because of the time they had already wasted and horrible service we were given.

    Never in my life, and I'm 61, have I been charged for a BBQ sauce. .34 cents. And I hope that .34 cents takes them a long way as they just lost my business for the rest of my life.

    I ordered a 10 piece medium combo and paid around $11 and they gave me 6 piece nugget box. If I were to order the 6 piece meal (medium combo) with the ice tea and bottle of water the total would have been around $8.00. I spent around $11 for about half the meal that I had ordered. I called the restaurant several times late last night and no one answered. Can I still get the difference back for what that actual order would have been for the 6 piece meal with the drinks I ordered last night? If I paid around $11 I should have gotten a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. $11 for a 6 piece meal does not make sense. I would like to get the difference back around $5.00. That was expensive for 6 nuggets.
