However, they must have changed suppliers or something else in the past two months. The fish quality is now terrible. The tuna tasted old, and yellowtail was falling apart on the rice. This is the sign of either old or not properly stored. You are now paying premium prices for gas station sushi. It is a shame that Kansaku has nosedived in quality so fast. Hopefully the owners fix this.
