    I went shopping at 9:15 at night and they were closed when their opening hours clearly say until 10:00. What terrible service from this place.

    Under my previous review, I was advised to contact support. I did so — Case Number: 34119556. However, their response only included the promotion rules, which actually confirm that I am correct in this matter. The issue was still not resolved. I don’t understand why I was told to contact support if they don’t actually resolve any issues. In the end, my time was wasted.

    Unbelievably fresh!! The woman working the counter was amazing too! Helpful, patient. I was fumbling with my app and order and she was so courteous. Best McDonald’s experience ever.
