Usually a good experience.. but damn someone should talk to the 2 young girls working both windows today, especially the 2nd window. Handing me my bag not saying a word at all no eye contact, NOTHING... "GREAT" customer service. Teach her some manners.

I've never left a food review in any restaurant much less fast food. Temper expectations. However I've received 3 deliveries where the order was incorrect. Today's order is missing fries. A previous order omitted a sandwich. The order before that a drink was missing. Straws have been omitted before. One incorrect order, whatever. Two, still sucks and I'm internally complaining. But Three though? That's a behavioral pattern. I'm not asking for much, just the bare minimum that an order has all the items on it that are paid for.

I have been going to this McDonald’s for several several years. The experience I had today was definitely horrible and I hate to do this. Obviously, they’re busy. I get that. No problem waiting ordered a chicken wrap, black coffee and fries. I was told when I got to the second window. You have to wait eight minutes I said OK never mind on the wrap. Can I get a cheeseburger? Something simple I heard her talking to the lady back-and-forth which I couldn’t hear it completely. It seems like they were having an argument, which is horrible horrible customer service. I couldn’t even get the opportunity to switch my l For nothing sorry we can’t do that . Very very disappointing not to mention it’s the morning of Thanksgiving 10:20 AM. I gave the cashier my change and I told him happy Thanksgiving, which had been nine dollars or so out of a 20 thinking I was gonna start my day right McDonald’s you need to do better. Never had this experience
