My husband ordered his cheeseburger with just ketchup and cheese, they obviously were annoyed to have to make his burger fresh, because the burger was absolutely saturated with ketchup. I tried to clean it up, but it was inedible. Classy.

Absolutely DISGUSTING. Rude girl at the counter making a point to tell me I have 15 minutes to order . Missing fries . McRob inedible.. soaked with sauce can't even pick it up. Asked for no pickles on daughters burger . They put them on anyway so she wasn't able to eat it. She is autistic and food sensitive. We ARE GOING to sleep hungry after a 20 HOUR DRIVE . WENT earlier and had a ride person at drive thru and didn't order .. went back a cpl hours later as after checking in hotel next door and received the above treatment. 20 ppl in this crap town and all are RUDE AND LAZY . COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR DOING THEIR JOB ACCURATELY. THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE LOBBY . How do you possibly screw up a 2 meal order so badly? Bad management obviously. No care to give ppl what they paid for. Spoke with John who seemed to care less and offered a free breakfast for tomorrow. I didn't tell him about the McRib I had not yet opened that mess before hanging up ..Really ?? No I'll be coming for a full refund in am. Ppl care nothing here about doing a good job.

My wife's egg and sausage McMuffin was missing the egg. The receipt and charges showed that we should have received the egg and sausage McMuffin. We didn't go back because we were on the highway before she noticed. She glanced in the bag before we drove away but didn't unwrap the McMuffin. She immediately filled out a survey and noted the error. She never received a response.
