My wife's egg and sausage McMuffin was missing the egg. The receipt and charges showed that we should have received the egg and sausage McMuffin. We didn't go back because we were on the highway before she noticed. She glanced in the bag before we drove away but didn't unwrap the McMuffin. She immediately filled out a survey and noted the error. She never received a response.

10/16 Stopped in on my way back to Missouri. Hadn't ate all morning because I needed to get on the road. Hurriedly drove into, jogged in parking lot,just together a sausage egg biscuit. I came in at exactly 1030am. Asked if I could please get the sausage biscuit sandwich. There was nobody in line!! -This redhead behind the counter was snippy when she said "nope" lunch now" in a very rude way- I asked the man who was also waiting if he's getting breakfast he said he didn't know- so I used the restroom, came out and low and behold redhead getting his breakfast. I asked her why he was allowed to get order made and not me and she said he was using points it's different...( again with attitude). so I left hungry- I now know how people snap in McDonald's!! She was very rude and apparently thought it made her feel important to deny a senior a breakfast sandwich. She maybe needs training on how to talk to customers and kindness goes a long way.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, local patron made threatening racistremarks, creating an unwelcome (but telling) atmosphere for the restaurant and town.

Hundreds of egg McMuffin's and hash browns from mc D's in my life but these were somehow exceptional. Both prepared perfect.
