Cold air was blowing down me & my guest should have been offered a hot beverage like tea or coffee. We usually sit & talk once we’re done eating & the manager should have been informed of us being uncomfortable. This was the Downers Grove location

The hostess asked if she could take them in back to show the manager. Considering how old they were, I completely understood. The manager said I could still use them, so she asked if I would like to be seated. Then my server, Eddie, was the best server I’ve had in forever! Oh yeah, the food was good too. The steak was cooked perfectly. Everything was good and presented well. I had a very nice dinner.
