- RHRay HughesDec 24, 20252.0I've always had decent service ordering delivery. Not sure how it's so difficult going to carry out. Last time I went there and the window had a tint that seemingly made it so the cashier couldn't see me and I spent close to 30 minutes waiting for someone to notice me. The most recent time was the worst. I put in my order at 5:15. due at 5:48. I pull up and there's an issue with a another customer and staff going back and forth that goes all the way until atleast 6:30. But the time I get up there the order is cooled off and I'm just ready to call it a day. I'm not the type of guy that even writes reviews, but the past few times have been so frustrating.

Told her it didn't have a smell. She said she could replace it and it d be a hour. 15 minutes the manager was delivering it, I told her customer service needed improvement Her next message was...if you want your pizza you'll have to come n get it. I got in my car and got my money refunded.
