Every time I come to visit my family, I give them a chance and I’m disappointed each time. The food is good but the service is terrible. I worked retail for 15 years so I get that sometimes you’re short handed. They need better planning and leadership to turn it around. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again. Now I understand why they closed so many locations.

The dashers that have delivered my food have no care of the quality of the food, they do not deliver the pizza in Hot bags, they simply just put in backseat of car. Always arrives cold, never ordering Pizza Hut again.
