It's not the straw itself but what it resembles, it resembles an out of touch executive team that doesn't seem to understand Brand and how nostalgia impacts the econtiniation of a brand. Has any of you actually drank a beverage out of the dry and bitter bleached paper tasting straws you are forcing on your customers. Absolute disconnect with your customer base. Sad to see what was once the quintessential American company wither away with these decisions.
