Evidently when I walked up and placed my order, I interrupted her from giggling with another employee. So that pissed her off. You could tell by the way she looked at me and she turned around. I placed my order and I asked her for fresh fry. Half an hour later I received my cold fries along with my cheeseburger without pickles that had pickles on it. Guarantee I'll never go back there again.

When I went back and explained the mistake, the staff didn’t deny that the order was wrong — instead, they told me that even if it was their mistake, they couldn’t make me the correct drink unless I paid again. That’s unacceptable customer service. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix it without charging the customer a second time is just wrong. The male attendant at the window had taken my order, and later the lady inside insisted on the extra charge. I ended up driving away rather than arguing, but I left really disappointed. I expect better from McDonald’s.
