Messed my food up after getting pulled for 10 mins, pulled up to the drive thru speaker got out on hold and when I got told I could start ordering the lady told me to wait she had to make a frappe real quick. Handing the food to me but then pulled me because I ordered a frappe. Realized I didn’t get anything I ordered and then told them about it once they brought the drink out. Only for them to bring back something that was still wrong. This place is a nightmare. Saw on Facebook that they have roaches all over the place absolutely disgusting won’t be back. Food was awful. Maybe it was mixed an infestation 🤮

Completely rude and unprofessional employees. The last 3 times I have been to this McDonald’s the employees have a negative attitude (rolling eyes, closing windows when I’m talking) and the order is not right. When I kindly asked for them to just simply give me the pieces of my order that I did not get they told me the only thing they can do is send me something in the mail for what I didn’t get. I could not get the food at the time I ordered it. I was charged for ketchup packets which in the past have always been free. Completely done going to this store!

Waited 40 minutes on one meal. This is not the first time it has happened. Finally got the order and got my sandwich wrong. Sandwich should have been delux.

This is Melissa Rasmussen and we both have the same experiences and feelings.
If we have the time we drive to the Mattoon location because the Charleston location is 100% either going to mess up your order or have you pull forward which translates to we will forget about you until you call or come in 20 minutes later then when you leave and get to your destination, your food is wrong.
Their excuse is constantly we are short staffed. I’ve asked for the manager a few times and people say he or she is not in the building!?.
My recommendation is to avoid this location!
From now on, I will not pull forward. I will sit at that window while I wait for a hash brown or a burrito that always turns into 20 minutes to cook … while my other food is cold.
I sat the other morning on the weekend and there was five of us all pull forward waiting. These people were there waiting while I was paying. I pulled next to them and waited as directed. I waited 20 more minutes before they all started going in to get their food. Who knows how long they were sitting.
I might visit a McDonald’s one day of the weekend and one day of the week And this one takes the cake for being 100% terrible all the time.
Totally horrible Location! Someone fix this place.

I went in the drive thru with only 5 cars there and it took 40 minutes to get me food... and when I opened my big mac this it what I got. When I went a week later for refund I was told I took too long to come back and didn't save my receipt so I can't get a refund. Horrible service
