The entire meal was pinkish inside when I got home and settled down. I put it in the oven for a few. “Problem solved”. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Jerk is my favorite. I cook lots of it. To the cook, great job on flavor and seasoning however; let your food cook a bit longer. Thank you so much. I will return for more.

Mashed potatoes hit one with a can no salt no butter dry even with the gravy. Cat fish cooked well. No jerk flavor even tho it looks like it. Everything bland 0/100000
