- KDKortez DavisDec 29, 20251.0I sat in line for 20 minutes before getting my food. The car ahead of me was in line as long as I was. I got a chicken deluxe meal and 2 cheeseburger meal. It took all of 5 minutes to get home and get the food out all for the food to be so cold that I had to put it in the microwave and when I did it tastes horrible. So now I’m out 20 bucks and my food was so nasty that I couldn’t even finish it after my first bite. This McDonald’s is the worst.

Better either pulling up IF YOU CAN…or leaving and going somewhere else. I only gave two stars because the food was good and when I pulled up the willingness of the gentlemen behind the first windows demeanor to take my order and make it right…..second window seemed a little racist. Altogether I do not feel I will return

- MJMark JillaNov 17, 20251.0After having a bad experience at the South Holland McDonald's and made a complaint about it I go to the one in Calumet City to order my regular a number nine with a round the egg and bacon on my way to work there's no bacon on it there was no crowd there was no other cars and drive-thru how can you mess that up disappointed also they give you this site to go to to report on the McDonald's and when it says put the receipt number in it tells me New York City which is BS they don't want to refund you or give you anything great way to avoid trouble 😵💫
