It's happened several times and its pretty annoying when you get halfway through your food to realize they forgot your protein. Other than not getting what you pay for its a nice spot. The Kitchen manager needs to be on top of whomever is rolling the burritos though.

She made sure I got all my items had the best experience, like always! she is just amazing This location couldn’t have found anyone else to run this store ! Great job to manager Kenya who has not only been there since I started going my self but I never stopped going back because of her service and the staff are super friendly as well so many options to chose from so I let her pick my meal every time I come in and everytime is something different! That’s is why I love going after 7pm ! My favorite so far has been the Nacho Brisket! staff made sure my food was great with presentation even if it was super busy ! Never disappoints! Will tell my family to stop by tomorrow after church!

I get there one of the workers says 10 mins, I wait 20 and still no food in sight. I’m so upset I wasted my lunch waiting on my food which shouldn’t even happen because I had it for a specific time. AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG FOOD

I ordered a bowl with steak when I looked at the sign it said $8.50 when he rang it up came out to almost $12. I asked him Oh I thought it was $8.50 he said no the steak is an extra charge not once did he tell me that! Horrible!!!! I felt rushed and he never asked if I wanted anything else. I felt so rushed and uncomfortable!!!! I handed him a $20 in his hands and he put money on the counter and slid it to me. So rude!!!! What a waste of time coming here I have never been here and will not be back!!!! I will tell my friends and family what happened.I felt like I was bothering him. I didn't get any sauces with the food . I put salsa in ketchup container smh. The guy who handed me my food was very nice and said have a good day. The other guys in the back were just standing around staring. Mind you the restaurant was empty! That's the friendliest interaction I got smh! This upset me so much I lost my appetite.
