The app wasn't working correctly, it said that I already had an order but wouldn't give me the code, the associate at the first window was patient and helpful in getting that sorted out. Then at the second window, I asked for an ice water in addition to our order (you can't order one on the app). The associate was very willing to get the water and joked that "it was free". It was just funny bit at the time and made us laugh. Laughing is always a good way to start a morning. 😁
