Anytime you can't stop frowning and turning your back to customers, actively refusing to acknowledge them and anything they say long enough to hand a person a cup of coffee they paid for 15 minutes prior, you shouldn't be doing anything involving being reasonable and customer service. Let's not mention the lady and her son who were there before I even walked in, sitting there checking the time and waiting for food that she'd already paid for. Braids rudely ignored her as well because how dare we say "excuse me" in a normal manner to her overly grumpy behind. On top of that, I was on the clock. I stopped to get coffee because I was getting drowsy on my route. I literally had to leave coffee and a wrap that I paid for to get coffee elsewhere and finish my route before I fell too far behind on my time because this woman was refusing to give us our orders or even an update. You would've thought we were ghosts the way she refused to look at or respond to anyone. I wouldn't be surprised if she was management up in there, just serving food with an attitude.
