They made my order wrong and instead of apologizing they made it seem like it was an inconvenience to make what was originally ordered. The manager was sitting around have personal time with his coworkers instead of doing his job. My wife stood at the counter with NO LINE for 10min before someone came to take her order. Won’t be going back to this McDonald’s again! Do better!

The person who took my order was not at all friendly. It took another 7 minutes to get my order. The food was terrible. The sausage was under cooked. The English muffin was barely warm. When compared to other McDonald's owners need to really look at everything. I try to support my local businesses but I don't think that is possible without significant improvement.
