I never get the sprinkles I pay for, the hot fudge I pay for, & they think it’s okay to put whatever flavor ice cream they feel like with none of the toppings you ordered on it. I paid for the toppings and never do I get them. Ordered a double scoop (vanilla & pistachio) with sprinkles and hot fudge & a triple scoop (vanilla, sherbet, & cookies n cream) with rainbow sprinkles & ended up receiving the double scoop with no toppings and pistachio and chocolate and the triple scoop had chocolate vanilla and cookies n cream. I mean how lazy can you be to not put a damn cup of ice cream together & just put half of the ice cream you want and not put any toppings that you pay for. This place is absolutely disgusting. I honestly would never go to this place even if my life depended on it. This place even hangs up on me because they can’t speak English even after calling 10 times in a row.. got hung up on every single time & just don’t listen to a word you say. The manager is the biggest moron I’ve ever spoke to in my entire life. I honestly have never spoke to a dumber human being EVER. This business is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced in my entire life even combined with every one. I can’t say enough bad words about this despicable so-called business. SCREW YOU BASKIN ROBBINS.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
