- HSH SandersJan 4, 20265.0I didn't catch her name but the lady working on 1/3/26 was fantastic! Her customer service was something we've never experienced at this location. There is usually a problem with our order at this location. Arriving last night there was a problem but I was the one that made the mistake when ordering. She didn't even hesitate to make it right for us, we offered to pay for the extra pizza but she refused to let us. She was friendly with every customer that came in and when employees go above and beyond they should be recognized!

- MPMegan PincockOct 24, 20251.0Writing this post to talk specifically about the Flynn group that owns this establishment. I ordered at 11pm and was promised a delivery around 11:29. I called after around 12:10 when the store was closed, only for a kind individual to tell me that they don't shedule drivers past 10:30 and just pray doordash will pick up orders. I ended up waiting for my food over an hour only for it to never arrive, the store to close, as well as having to wait 3-5days to get my money back. This is a horrible way to run a business, both with the lack of staffing, and allowing you to even place an order in the online system. This seem like obvious holes in management that would cause frustration to consumers that the poor employees have to deal with the fallout.
