I called after around 12:10 when the store was closed, only for a kind individual to tell me that they don't shedule drivers past 10:30 and just pray doordash will pick up orders. I ended up waiting for my food over an hour only for it to never arrive, the store to close, as well as having to wait 3-5days to get my money back. This is a horrible way to run a business, both with the lack of staffing, and allowing you to even place an order in the online system. This seem like obvious holes in management that would cause frustration to consumers that the poor employees have to deal with the fallout.
