- TTTerriJan 4, 20261.0As for processing deer, and elk, there not the go to for this, brought in our deer, mine was around 79 lbs, husbands was around 125 lbs big, we came to pick them both up and I got about 20 lbs of meat and he got about 10 lbs of meat, he wanted to leave and let it go, instead I went in and confronted them, and he wanted to give me elk neat which we never had a tag or brought in for processing, so who knows who gets what when you bring you animal in for processing, also where do you think the meat comes from (wild game) that they sell, it all comes from whoever brings it in for processing.

That same day I bought the same meat for smoking at Costco; I needed a lot and decided to compare which one would taste better. When I put them on the table, I saw that they were identical, even the packaging and the manufacturer were the same, only the price at Costco was twice as low. A bad experience, I won't go back there again.

All their meats are top quality and the amount of other goodies like coffee, sauces, and spices blew my mind. Truly something for everyone. Do yourself a favor and check them out. I don't think I can buy store meat anymore
