We got to the pick up window line, only to be held up there for 30 min. We watched two vehicles in front of us drive away without their food. When we got to the window, the person working there pretended to look for our order, come back to the window and tell us our order hadn't even been started. I wasn't going to wait another 15‐20 min. I told them to cancel the order. The money was still taken out of our bank even though they hadn't started the order and we received no food. I'm beyond frustrated!
