    Classic Pizza Hut. Just how I remember it. We don't go here often but it was what I expected from them. It was busy because it was the Halloween.

    Charged my card 3 times online and 3 times over the phone and still didn't get my order placed because they kept saying it was declined even though it showed up on our banking app. Wouldn't do anything for us other than say it'll be refunded in 3 business days but that's a lot of money to have pending for several days because of their system being broken.

    Horrible experience we went to pickup our pizza that we were told was ready on the app and when we got there we were told we had to wait another 10 minutes then when asked if they could give us a slight discount for the mess up they said no and said "they can't legally give money off" which is total bs considering we've gotten discounts for screwups in the past. We will drive to Meridian from now on to get our pizza since this location lacs customer service.

    My server was Olivia and she was incredibly kind to me and my family I wanted my pizza cut in 9 slices and she did it literally perfectly which is amazing and she was just so nice and the best and I had a great experience overall there
