- MJMikey JayyNov 5, 20251.0Your app, and the online deals are confusing. I see many offers that often do not apply. The offers have little to no clear explanation if they work in the store, or if they only apply to online orders only. It's as if this site is designed to cause confusion and get people to just pay the full price. I even received a coupon for $5 off for my birthday, but when I go to the app, it is not there. Today, I tried to purchase a turkey at the advertised $0.55 per pound and it didn't work at checkout. So, I ended up purchasing $35+ worth of items for nothing. I'm not buying a turkey there and I am no longer shopping at your store ever again. My wife and I have been jerked around multiple times and the employees are absolutely no help. None of them know what's going on in the app nor in your advertisements and they cannot explain why there is a discrepancy. I am ashamed to be an investor of your stock.

I shop at Market Basket at least two or three times a week but because of the greed of money I want a boycott Market Basket for what they're doing. And by what was told by me three sisters are turning more for your dollar to more dollars for our pocket 2500 a month I don't know how anybody is surviving trying to get food in their families mouth. And I always believe the greed of money will slap you good and hard so keep lowering the prices because eventually Market Basket is going to understand with their billions of dollars are coming from and it's from the customers the consumers.
