    So I had my birthday reward on the app, so I went to redeem it for a iced coffee, I get there and order it as usual and I clear as day asked for a Carmel iced cofeee, and she says “do you want iced coffee or REGULAR iced coffee” confused I ask for iced coffee and she says okay and rings me up for regular hot black coffee and I tell her “no I want a Carmel iced coffee” and she says okay and tells me too pull forward. I get to the window and she tells me that there was a problem with my order and a mistake so i wait 5 minutes and finally they tell me to pull forward. When I pull forward I get handed a plain hot black coffee so I tell them no I ordered a Carmel iced coffee and they wave me off and tell me to leave so I paid for a coffee that I didn’t want and it made me late to school. Most genuinely idiotic workers I have ever experienced in my life.

    Not always friendly in drive thru. Sandwiches always seem to be a mess. That's if they get the order right.

    i waited for my counter order, which the lobby was locked a hour before closing.... i was then handed the wrong order, and i dont think the crew knew what they were doing unfortunately! i will not be coming back to this mcdonalds ever again,
