We made reservations a month ago for the sleigh bar … we called to confirm 3 days before and they confirmed. When we showed up they said they couldn’t find it.. when they did they said sorry, we have you in regular seating, and no room, in the sleigh bar worst part was putting a 6’7” man in a booth… Whole reason we came our guests were from Alabama, so greatly disappointed, they made it seem like it was our fault when it was there’s. Ordered cheese curds - OUT Brussels sprouts - OUT… salmon BOWL ( pictured) on a plate. Our server was very slow and rude.. had the audacity to say to us as we left make sure you get your reservations correct white the sleigh bar.. I called and confirmed. Very rude out of food and slow service.

I looked online to make a reservation for my family for the Sleigh Bar. There weren’t any reservations left, however, it said walk ins were always welcome. I called to double check because we had to drive an hour to get there and the person on the phone said it should be fine. When we got there, it wasn’t that busy. We walked in and were told they weren’t taking walk ins. I told her we would wait for an open seat and she said they weren’t taking them at all and we wouldn’t get one. It was extremely disappointing that we were turned away after calling and driving there.

Had a surprise birthday party for my wife. Mckenzie was my coordinator. Amazing job! We had a beautiful setup on high top tables, menus made for the guests to choose. Kaylee our server could not ask for an amazing person. Personality and kindness was so awesome with a large group. Handle with no problem. Can not say amazing bar staff and kitchen staff. Everyone commented how wonderful the food was. Guests never been there before will be back. The decorations and amotsophere was outstanding. Thanks to the whole team. Well done 👏

Tin Roost completely outdid themselves this year with their Christmas pop-up bar. While many holiday pop-ups can feel chaotic or over-the-top, this one manages to be festive while still staying incredibly classy. The décor is beautifully done—think elegant holiday touches, warm lighting, and just the right amount of Christmas magic without feeling cluttered. The cocktails are creative, seasonal, and actually good, not just cute for photos. Every drink feels thoughtfully crafted, and the presentation fits the elevated holiday vibe. Compared to other holiday pop-ups that lean heavily into gimmicks or kitsch, Tin Roost’s version feels grown-up, polished, and perfect for a girls’ night, a date night, or anyone who wants to enjoy the season in a more refined atmosphere. If you’re looking for a Christmas pop-up that delivers both style and holiday spirit, Tin Roost should be at the very top of your list.
