Established in 1959 by Lawrence Dayton, Dayton Meat Products, formerly the Malcom Locker, has continued to be a family tradition. What started out with just two employees has grown to ten full-time and eight part-time workers. The business has expanded from just custom meat-processing to custom jerky, deer, sandwiches, homemade pies, and catering. In 1999, Lawrence retired and sold the business to his two sons, Bill and David, and son-in-law, Mark Lang, who are the current owners today. Our current facility was built in 1994. This building includes our slaughter house, garage, smoke house, cutting rooms, and store.

    The crew at Dayton Meats is truly top-notch! They deliver consistently fabulous products that my guests at English Valley B&B rave about. The breakfast favorites? The Cajun bacon, pepper bacon, and grange links are always a hit! 🥓🍳
