Im not expecting a fine dining experience, but the least you can do is get a simple order right and keep the food warm. A cup that cost what 5 cents? I cancled my order and asked for a refund. If you can listen to your guests and accommodate them. So your employee is willing to lose $16 in sales over a 5 cent cup. All good took my business else where!! Now you just wasted $16 in sales $16 in food that was made. For 5 cents. Great job!!!!
