  If i could put a negative star I would. Manager burnt our pizza and yelled at us when we demanded a new one. Said "yeah yeah throw it in the trash" beyond rude. Do not go here. The replacement pizza we got is no better. Tastes like cardboard.

  Can’t follow simple requests on the phone. Can’t count the amount of times I’ve ordered from this place and was disappointed. No sauce on wings, cheese is completely burnt. I have to call or go back almost every time I order. Female manager is extremely rude.

  We ordered 2 Supremo Sandwiches off app that said would be ready at 6:15 pm last night. Husband told me that I'd have to pay when picked them up to get the $7 each deal that he always gets. When I got in there at 6:15 pm, the girl at counter said our order wasn't ready bit she could ring me up. She told me it would be $20.13 so I tried to explain my husband had a deal & should be $7 each. She said she didn't know of that deal so the supervisor Amber came to register. I tried to explain that our app said the order would be $14 plus tax). Amber yelled at me that deal is not at that time. She was super rude. Order took over 10 minutes past time plys there were several other people waiting for pick up orders too. Our sandwiches were over browned & hardly any dressing on them. Usually they are great.

  This will officially be the last time I’m ordering from Knoxville iowa Pizza Hut. Ordered a large order earlier in the day to make sure it was here by dinner. Said ETA was 4:40-4:50 NOTHING is delivered. I call at 5:10 just to see what happened or when it will be here. 18 minutes, 18 minutes on the phone just waiting for someone to pick up. Then it gets even worse because the guy said they hadn’t even started the order. Remind you it’s now 6pm everyone is hungry it’s too late to cook. The guy says they will have to cancel my order. What in the world is happening here. I’d also like to mention this is not the first situation it’s normal for the pizza to be late. The order to be wrong. The order have items missing. I’ve been nice and understanding for the most part but come on now. You had my number you could have called when you knew you wasn’t going to be able to complete order or you could have stopped taking orders temporarily.
