The staff hand you a tablet to ask for a tip and then turn it around to check what tip amount you selected before allowing the transaction to fully go through. Its a drive-thro, no tip should be required as no additional service is done; but that didnt stop the server from giving me a dirty look before making my order. I called them to explain my frustration and got a "all right thank you" from the manager before being hung up on. They make the food and smoothies very well but I do not reccomended going through the drive-thro.
