    Just ordered a mc muffin and hash brown. Waited in line for over 25 min and no food. Went in and got money back but the place looked so dirty. Anyway will not go back and believe me im telling everyone. Very disappointed and sad that they run a place like this.

    To describe my experience at Fairfield, Iowa McDonald's. It was awaiting game for raw fries and cold food. But the service wasn't that bad. The people who took my order were very respectful, very kind. Overall, the service was great. Just the effort put into the food is just horrible in my opinion.

    I ordered pick up and I waiting 40 minutes and then they said we didn’t received your order. Then I show the order confirmation in my email and also on McDonald apps. Then the cashier said the code that you get is not allowed to proceed in our system, shame on them I am back with out anything

    Went through drive thru. The other lane who arrived after us was waited on before us. They actually asked us what we wanted to order and then disappeared until the other lane was done ordering. Waited in line after ordering over 5 minutes to get to the window. The gal at the window didn't greet - just the total. Fries were cold, ranch wraps not wrapped very well, drenched in ranch. Update - tried to go to the website below and the page does not exist

    Went here to get breakfast through the drive thru with my fiance and his grandma. We ordered a big breakfast a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle and a large iced Carmel coffee. We didn't get our coffee and got a bacon egg and cheese mcmuffin instead of a mcgriddle. We didn't receive butter nor any silverware with our big breakfast. It was a very simple order yet somehow this place still messed it up. When they finally got our correct sandwich the guy just started waving the bag back and forth impatiently in our faces. It's absolutely amazing how this place is still opened. Worst place in town to eat ever.
