This was the worst experience I have EVER had at McDonald’s. First of all when I was picking up my mobile order, the associate was glaring at me for no reason. this continued the whole rest of the time I was in the restaurant. Second the app completely scammed us . . . we used points to get a free fry but the app charged us for the fries. Third of all we ordered the new grinch meal that comes in a cool extra big happy meal box and has dill pickle seasoning and coming with grinch socks . Also they forgot to put pickles on our burgers. The only things we got out the that was the actual food from the grinch meal & none of the add ons that makes the meal cost extra and it didn’t even have the big happy meal box. The fourth reason was we ordered a plain iced caramel coffee and they didn’t bother to put the caramel syrup in the drink. I will make sure to steer clear of this McDonald’s from now on.

The hamburgers weren't hot, the fries were limp and luke warm with some even cool inside. I started eating as soon as I got in my pu. The wait was to long for my food and at least 2 of the employees were sick. Been a long time since I've eaten at McDonald's it will be a long time before I eat there again.

WHY DO YOU ALWAYS GET ORDERS WRONG! ALWAYS! Where are our sauces, I have worked in fast food and the incompetence of this fast food operation in Dyersville is some of the worst. Half the time the order is wrong the other have you are missing stuff. You can file a complaint and play phone tag with the manager then never get a resolution. One time I had a receipt in the middle of my burger. THE ONLY REASON I come back here is because this town has no fast food options and the kids like happy meals…but you guys mess that up too…my 4 year old son would like you to know he thinks you are all “stupid” for forgetting his chicken nugget sauce. Thanks for making a four year old mad, great job Dyersville

Girl with the pink braids should be fired for telling me to get out of her face for asking a simple question. She looks annoyed to be there every time I stop in. I'm a daily breakfast customer. Unbelievable that she works there. I told the manager and the manager mentioned that they're trying to get her out from interacting with customers. What a disgrace for a small town restaurant.
