  I ordered pizza and breadsticks. The sauce cup I got wasn’t even full. Was only enough for one breadstick. Pizza was really greasy compared to normal. Delivery drive was quick and super nice!

  New location same terrible customer service all the way around. Dec 31st 20 customers in the lobby, multiple cars in the drive thru, customers waiting hours for food. Four workers standing in the back smoking while all of the chaos is going on. Don’t waist your money.

  This location is the shittiest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to, they have no seating in the store so don’t you think they would be able to get online/pickup orders done in a timely fashion? No, I had to wait an additional hour past my pickup time to get my food. The workers here are also very ignorant and condescending. I didn’t get greeted for 15 minutes and when I did it was a simple “what do you want”. Never order from here unless you want cold pizza and an hour taken from your life.

  Don’t waste your time here. We’ve ordered here twice in the last couple months and both times we’ve been left without food. We ordered the first time for pick up and after arriving shortly after pick up time I gave our name at the window, then waited 10 minutes only for them to come back and tell us they were short staffed and hadn’t even started the order. Fortunately, Dominos was great. We gave them a month or two to try again, and after over an hour and a half of waiting (on a 50-70 min order) we got their call center (the local store just ignores the phone, even from their own people) and they set up an email to ask for a refund in 3-5 days, but obviously no pizza for us. This place is a joke. Update: When we called them about this issue, their corporate call center explained that they would be getting us a refund, but weeks on they still have not refunded our order. So not only do they have bad service, they lie.

  Ive ordered online for pick up multiple times and every single time the lobby is filled with people waiting on orders. Employees arguing, door dash people have been waiting over an hour. I placed this order over an hour ago. Ridiculously managed location. Edit: after waiting over an hour they messed up the order. Pizza is disgusting. Charged extra for pan crust and they couldn't even get the crust correct. No way to get a refund online. The "chat" says "management" will contact me in 1 to 3 days. Super helpful when the management cant even staff or manage their store. Definitely the last straw on this place.
