If someone is complaining about the food make them a new sandwich it's the nice thing to do. Clean up the store also there was bits of trash on the ground. Does anybody know about good customer service anymore?

- VMVictoria MaciasOct 19, 20251.0The WORST Mcdonalds location I've ever been to and I've stopped at many from coast to coast. It is my go to coffee place for travel. It was a simple 3 coffee order with cream and equal on the side. I get attitude from the worked that they don't carry equal yet the kiosk said differently. Fine, but my iced coffee is a médium when I asked for large. A spanish speaking worker says to another "see what the crazy lady wants" assuming I don't understand. When I respond in Spanish he goes silent. A crying worker being consoléd by another right at the front desk decides to chime in and repeat 3x that is a latte. I ordered a carmel iced coffee and if you gave me the wrong drink that's not my bad. In the end they did nothing to change it. I leave feeling angry and disrespected. Go to fix and drink my hot coffee and it might as well be hot water. Nothing but money down the drain and an experience with the worst workers in any establishment I've visited.
