  Big 10 Championship = Pizza, right? Maybe so, but don't ruin your experience by ordering pizza from Pizza Hut. Choose anyone else (almost!), but don't call these guys. Back in the 70s and 80s, PH was THE place to go for a tasty pizza, but they have failed to keep up with the competition on nearly every level, especially the quality. We ordered our pizza at 6:15 pm from the Pizza Hut that is roughly 2 miles away from our house. Large pie with pepperoni, onions, and mushrooms. Pretty basic - right? At 7:37 pm it FINALLY shows up (via DoorDash, which I was not thrilled to learn). No surprise to discover that the pizza was warm (that's being generous!), not hot. The crust was as boring as a first date between two mathematicians. Barely any pepperoni on it, so the mushrooms were the star of this pizza; but let's be honest - mushrooms are not supposed to be the star but the side. The sauce was almost non-existent flavor-wise; I looked under the cheese to confirm that there was any sauce at all; that's how bland it was. We are not saving the leftover slices... that should say plenty about how we felt about Pizza Hut. This is truly the last time we are ordering a pizza from them (I mean it!). Nostalgia will not make me forget this crappy experience. I love it when brands from the past survive or make a comeback, but some of these brands should just call it a day. Pizza Hut is one of them. Their pizza is just not good; plain and simply put. When you get their aggressively priced coupons, you think "why not? We haven't had it in a while, so let's try it." Then you eat it, look at each other, and say "what were we thinking?" With all the choices out there - skip the Pizza Hut deal and buy a good tasting pizza.

  The lady at the front is geuinely the rudest person in the entire store, paid 70 dollars for the food, made me pay before I even got the food, and she yells at me when I ask about the time it's taking, and I've been waiting 40 minutes for my pizza, and the worst part, it was disgusting and cold, worst atmosphere ever.

  Ordered online, and the pizza was supposed to be ready 25 minutes later. Arrived 5 minutes late, to a full lobby. Got up to the counter, the woman took my name, then disappeared for 5 to 8 minutes. She came back with pizzas for another customer, and stared at me expectantly. I told her my name again. “Oh, it’s not even in the oven yet.” Then she took the next name, disappeared for another 10 minutes, came back with more pizzas. I told her mine was supposed to have been ready 20 minutes prior to the then current time. “So was everyone’s,” she said. I told her to cancel my pizza. Only go here if you have all the time in the world and enjoy rude, dismissive service.
