As with all McD's the quality of of is getting worse and worse. Today I decided to indulge in a Big Mac pretty sure that indulgence will never happen again. Barely any meat and it seemed to be "slimy"

And to top it off, the total was $3.63 and I gave the person $5.63 and then the person proceeded to tell me if I had two quarters he could just give me back three quarters back...HUH!!?? I had to tell the person responsible for taking money how to math!

Waited 10 more minutes. Asked again. Served cold food. Also the bathroom looked like the scene of a war crime and was in dire need of cleaning. Service was slow but staff was very nice.

And my husbands order was also ficked up. Save time and trouble. Go to ankeny, west Des Moines, or Urbandale!

I've been managing restaurants for over 15 years and this place always has dirty tables nothing's restocked over by the soda station and you got about a 50/50 shot of getting what you ordered, correct.
