We went through the drive thru and as we approached the speaker the person inside said could I wait a minute he was waiting on someone inside. Meantime 2 others pull ed up in other lane automatically went to them and took their order so I drove across the street to Arby's

On 12/28/25 around 9:00 PM, my experience wasn’t very welcoming. The person taking my order seemed unhappy and not very friendly, and the employee who handed me my food also gave off an unfriendly vibe.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I believe this is something that should be addressed so future customers can be greeted kindly and feel welcome when they’re just stopping in for a meal.

Unfortunately, my experiences here haven’t been great. Each time I visit, the food tastes like it’s been sitting out for a while instead of being fresh. The service also feels rushed and unmotivated, like the staff doesn’t really want to be there. I often have to repeat my order two or three times before it’s understood. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the microphone or hearing, but either way, it’s not okay and makes the experience frustrating. I hope this improves in the future.

Long wait for steak and they sent me without my other sandwich however alls well that ends well. Was delicious fresh steak bagel!
