The manager on duty a heavyset male who spent most of the time disappearing instead of managing allowed employees to do whatever they wanted and offered zero support or accountability. I waited over 20 minutes for my order. When it finally came out, the fries were cold and stale, and several items were missing. The cashier on duty, a young woman with a long ponytail who did not have a name tag, was extremely rude. When I pointed out the missing items, she avoided me and then threw the items onto the counter without saying a word.
