The same story everytime I call and talk to a manager. We will send you coupons or make it right next time. Well next time never comes. I never receive any coupons you promise to mail or they never seem to have my name on a list. Countless times to make things right with nothing but empty promises and incompetent help. Do better. Way better. If I could give zero stars I would. For a small town establishment your service sucks. It has not improved at all. I gave you one more chance to actually get a simple order right and you failed again. This time I did not bother to call because once again you have not made it right from other times so why would this be any different. Yet they want $12-$15 hour an hour wages and can’t do a simple job.

I was close enough to DeWitt and got off the interstate and was able to hobble my car to the nearest business, being this McDonalds. Immediately, manager Falcon (his real and ridiculously rad name) came out to make sure I was ok. He stayed with me until a police officer came, and periodically came out as I was waiting for a toe truck. He even offered to let me keep the car in their parking lot over night if it was going to save me money. He didn’t have to do any of these things, and honestly made a crappy situation feel quite a bit better. Plus, I ended up getting some grub while I was waiting and the food was great! Freshest fries I’ve had in quite some time. Thanks again for everything Falcon! I genuinely appreciate your decency. You deserve all the promotions you can get down the line and then some!
